These American style Pancakes are light, fluffy and fruity
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the self raising flour, baking powder and All Natural Whey
Step 2
Beat the egg together with the milk. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the milk/egg mixture. Whisk the ingredients together to make a smooth batter
Step 3
Whisk in the knob of butter, and then gently stir in the blueberries
Step 4
Grease a non-stickfrying pan with the butter or oil. Heat over a medium heat.
Step 5
Drop a large tablespoon of the mixture into the frying pan, you can proably add about 3-4 pancakes to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes and then flip to cook for a further 2 mins on the other side, until golden.
Step 6
Serve with a drizzle of lo han honey and other toppings of choice. Enjoy 🙂

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Scoops All Natural Whey Protein Powder
- 300ml Milk
- knob of butter
- 150g blueberries
- Toppings of choice: we enjoy a drizzle of lo han honey, spoonful of greek yoghurt and slices of banana.
